The Agent of Record (AOR), also referred to as the Broker of Record (BOR), is the agent recognized by the insurance company to service a specific client’s business and receive the compensation for doing so. If you run into a group of any size who would like you to become their agent, simply request a personalized Agent of Record Letter template letter from us at support@bluestarbenefits.com.
